min readCharles Russell Speechlys has advised Lovett Care on its acquisition of three premium homes from care home developer Angela Swift Developments.
Lovett Care has been operating care homes across the West Midlands and Wales for over a decade, and this transaction continues Lovett’s geographic expansion with three sites in northern England. Through this transaction, Lovett Care has agreed to acquire three care homes, two of which remain under construction by Angela Swift Developments.
