Joanne advises investors, banks, landlords and tenants dealing with a wide variety of transactions including secured lending, sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters and provides support to the corporate team with the acquisition of real estate assets.
Joanne works closely with a number of high net worth and ultra high net worth private individuals and their family offices supporting them in deploying private capital in the commercial property market and subsequently managing those assets.
Joanne is admitted to practise in England and Wales.

- Acting for Asda on the £600m acquisition of 132 petrol stations from the Co-operative Group.
- Acting for Lovett Care on the acquisition and financing of three premium care homes from Angela Swift Developments.
- Acting for a tenant taking a lease of a prime site in Mayfair by a high end patisserie group based in Dubai.
- Acting for the lender on the financing of two cross secured student accommodation developments.
