Amy qualified into our commercial Real Estate team following a two-year training contract with us, during which she experienced four areas of practice: Construction, Private Client, Real Estate / Planning and Corporate.
Amy currently acts for sophisticated commercial landlords and tenants, advising on lease arrangements, property finance transactions, licences and sales / acquisitions of commercial property, primarily within the life sciences, retail and office occupiers sectors.
Experience
- Acting for the Howard de Walden Estate on a variety of matters, including commercial acquisitions and retail lettings.
- Advising Asda Stores on the recent acquisition of 132 petrol stations from Co-operative Foodstores for £600m.
- Acting for Derwent London plc on the disposal of the Johnson Building to Eurazeo Patrimoine for a headline price of £170m, as well as advising Derwent London on various other commercial Landlord and Tenant transactions.
- Acting for BioMed Realty on the asset management of their Cambridge based life sciences campus, Granta Park.
