Charles Russell Speechlys advises shareholders of Modern Networks on sale to Horizon Capital

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised the shareholders of Modern Networks Limited on the sale of a majority stake to private equity investor Horizon Capital.

Established in 1999, Modern Networks is a leading provider of IT support, broadband and telecoms managed services to the UK’s commercial property sector. With a client base include CBRE, Savills, Cushman and Wakefield, CEG, JLL, Knight Frank, Avison Young and Colliers, Modern Networks currently work with thirty top commercial real estate agents and provide IT support and managed services to over 1800 office buildings and shopping centres.

Matthew Reeve, CEO & Founder of Modern Network said: “This was a deal of a lifetime and represented an exciting milestone in the history of Modern Networks.
