Charles Russell Speechlys advises the founders of The People Development Team (PDT Global) on sale to LTG plc

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised the founders of The People Development Team (PDT Global), a leading provider of online diversity and inclusion training and consultancy services, on the sale of the company to Learning Technologies Group plc (LTG).

PDT Global, which has specialisms in the live virtual and digital delivery space, has become part of Affirmity, LTG’s workforce compliance and diversity business, which specialises in analysing, benchmarking and tracking workforce diversity metrics.

Angela Peacock, Founder of PDT Global commented on the deal: “This is an exciting new chapter for us as we embark on this new partnership with LTG. Many thanks to David and the Charles Russell Speechlys team for their invaluable legal assistance in getting this transformational deal over the line for us.”

Grant Thornton (Keely Woodley and Victoria Giles) provided corporate finance advice to the founders.
