Angela Peacock, Founder of PDT Global commented on the deal: “This is an exciting new chapter for us as we embark on this new partnership with LTG. Many thanks to David and the Charles Russell Speechlys team for their invaluable legal assistance in getting this transformational deal over the line for us.”

David Coates, Corporate Partner who led on the deal said: “It was a pleasure to work with the PDT Global team on this transaction.  Diversity and inclusion is becoming an increasingly important focus, not least for our firm, so we recognise the importance of this growing industry and wish PDT and Affirmity every success.”
