Clare advises both employers and employees on all aspects of UK employment law, including both contentious and non-contentious matters.
AboutClare provides day to day practical HR advice on managing employee grievances and disciplinary procedures, sickness absence and capability issues. She advises on managing change including redundancy situations, business transfers and changing terms and conditions of employment. Her work includes drafting and reviewing employment-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, staff handbooks and negotiating settlement agreements on behalf of both employers and employees. She has experience of employment tribunal proceedings, including litigation involving claims of unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing. Clare is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association
Clare is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
