Charles Russell Speechlys has advised data-science firm FairXchange Ltd on the acquisition of a 25% stake by United Fintech Ltd which acquires and scales innovative fintechs in capital markets, creating a go-to Fintech platform to help banks to accelerate their transition to a digital world. This is the first transaction in a multi-stage acquisition towards full ownership.
