Grace seeks to support a broad range of clients, with a focus of Private Capital transactions in the technology, sport and entertainment sectors.
Grace is a member of the Firm’s association of international lawyers (AEL) network, which seeks to build connections with our European preferred law firms. Grace also frequently works on global cross-border transactions, including in the Middle East and Africa.
Grace actively supports in the strategy of the Firm’s Women in Leadership initiative, helping to organise events across the year to support women on their journey to leadership, be that as a female founder, investor, C-suite or otherwise.

- Advising StudioCanal on a variety of investments into and partnerships with UK TV production companies
- Advising a Family Office on a number of investments into the entertainment and media sectors
- Advising consortium of private investors, COSU FC Limited, on the acquisition of Southend United Football Club
- Advising Caffe Nero on the acquisition of coffee brands 200 Degrees and FCB Coffee and a tech platform
- Advising the founders of Observe Technologies on its acquisition by Oslo Stock Exchange listed company, AKVA Group
- Advising CliftonLarsonAllen on its acquisition of UK-based AI and technology business Engine B
