Charles Russell Speechlys advises Exeter Property Group on its acquisition of two property SPVs from the Tritax group

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised long-standing client Exeter Property Group on its acquisition of two property SPVs from the, Tritax group, a market-leading fund manager focused on high-quality European logistics real estate.

Exeter Property Group is among the largest real estate investment managers in the world focused on acquiring, developing and managing logistics/industrial, office and life science properties across the US, Mexico, Europe and Asia.

Commenting on the deal, James Golunski, Legal Counsel at Exeter Property Group, said: “Many thanks to David, Ashwin and the wider team at Charles Russell Speechlys for supporting us with their hands-on legal advice, helping us to navigate through the acquisition process on this significant transaction for us”.
