Charles Russell Speechlys hosts second Women in Leadership event

We were delighted to welcome female founders, advisers and investors to our Women in Leadership event, co-hosted by Buzzacott, on 14 September.

The evening featured a fantastic panel of speakers from Buzzacott, August Equity, Puma Private Equity and the Babraham Research Campus; each of whom shared their experiences and insights into Private Equity for female founders.

We are committed to addressing gender imbalance at a leadership level. Spearheaded by Corporate team members Sarah Wigington, Rebecca Burford, Grace Hudson and Caroline Carter, this event was the second in a series that seeks to learn about and tackle the barriers women face inside and outside the firm face.

For a glimpse of what the evening entailed, or to learn more about the Women in Leadership initiative, watch our highlights video below.
