About

Sarah is a corporate transactional adviser with a particular emphasis on share and asset sales and acquisitions, fundraisings, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and corporate reorganisations. She has extensive experience advising on matters with a real estate focus and specialises in development joint ventures in the residential property and regeneration sectors.

Sarah is actively involved in the Firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, sitting on the Firm’s ESG Committee and heading up the “Women in Leadership” initiative for the Business Advisory & Transaction Services Division. Sarah joined the Firm’s Advisory Council in May 2023. 

Sarah is admitted to practise in England and Wales.

Experience

  • Advising Countryside Partnerships on a number of development joint ventures including the establishment of the Develop Warwickshire joint venture, the JV for the regeneration of Ilford Town Centre and developments at Lotmead Farm in Swindon, Bicester, and Oaks Village;
  • Acting for Nuveen on its disposal of its Regent Quarter portfolio to Land Securities vis the sale of units in a Jersey Property Unit Trust;
  • Acting for a world-leading investment fund on its acquisition by the purchase of units in Guernsey Property Unit Trusts of two blocks of student accommodation in Bristol and Glasgow;
  • Advising Crest Nicholson on a variety of joint ventures, including its projects in Henley, Stotfold in Bedfordshire, Walton and Peckham;
  • Acting for BioMed Realty on its partnership with Babraham Research Campus to expand the campus, specialising in Life Sciences;
  • Acting for Higgins Partnerships on its joint venture with A2 Dominion for the development of Boston Road, Ealing;
  • Acting for Lum Chang Holdings on the sale of the shares in a property SPV owning a block of serviced apartments in Wembley.
