Charles Russell Speechlys advises on the sale of Vision Mental Health and New Directions to Civitas and TLC Care Homes

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised the shareholders of Vision MH Limited (VMH) and New Directions Flexible Social Care Solutions Limited (ND) on the successful sale of both businesses to Civitas Social Housing PLC and TLC Care Homes Limited. 

VMH is a 32 bed hospital based in Hertfordshire which has been rated outstanding by the CQC. ND is a step-down supported living business with 7 properties and 48 registered beds. Together the companies provide a vertically integrated care pathway for mental health patients in Hertfordshire and the surrounding area. 

Matthew Angell, Managing Director of VMH commented: "It was great to work with David and the Charles Russell Speechlys team. They provided comprehensive, commercial and timely advice throughout the transaction and guided us to a successful completion."
