Charles Russell Speechlys hosts third Women in Leadership event

We are delighted to have welcomed women from across sectors to our third event, Silencing your Inner Critic, on 5 December.

The event was focussed on developing awareness of your inner critic, exploring where it might come from, and how we can negotiate with our inner critic. Led by Claire Wigington, an integrative counsellor and registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists), the workshop used a number of psychological models and therapeutic techniques to help empower participants and shift a focus to greater self-confidence.

Charles Russell Speechlys is committed to addressing gender imbalance at leadership level. Spearheaded by Corporate team members Sarah Wigington and Grace Hudson, this event was the third in a series that seeks to learn about and tackle the barriers faced by women in business, both inside and outside of the Firm.
