Charles Russell Speechlys advises Guildford Games Developer Community on the launch of Guildford.Games Ltd

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised the Guildford.Games committee, a not-for-profit initiative, on the formation of Guildford.Games Ltd. Since 2019, the G.G committee, of which Charles Russell Speechlys are part, have hosted the G.G Festival and Awards as well as various events for both local developers and the wider gaming community.

The Guildford Games initiative has always aimed to showcase the local industry, form long lasting connections between studios and bring the concentrated, creative talent within Guildford to the attention of the worldwide gaming industry.

The sector, underpinned by an established and highly esteemed local network of industry and academia, has achieved over £1 billion of international foreign direct investment to date and continues to develop and innovate at pace. The formation of Guildford.Games Ltd will fuel further industrial growth and innovation to the industry already worth over £90 million*.
