Charles Russell Speechlys advises Acora on its investment round with Palatine Private Equity

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised UK headquartered managed services provider, Acora, on its investment round with Palatine Private Equity LLP. Acora delivers a wide range of industry leading 24/7 IT infrastructure, cloud and helpdesk services, working primarily with UK-headquartered global mid-market companies. The investment from Palatine will help finance and support the company’s next phase of growth. Acora, which operates from three UK operations centres, is led by chairman Richard Atkins, CEO David Rabson, and CFO Gary Page, supported by a very strong management team and 300+ highly skilled staff.

Charles Russell Speechlys’ expertise in the IT services sector enabled the Corporate Team to deliver expert and bespoke advice to Acora’s shareholders and management on the transaction.
