Sirin has established experience in family law advising clients how to resolve arrangements for their children and finances whether they are separating, divorcing or dissolving a registered partnership. She advises those who are planning to marry or enter into a registered partnership on family agreements. Furthermore, Sirin also advises on Swiss inheritance related claims.
Sirin represents individuals, companies and banks in financial litigation as well as white-collar crime cases. Sirin also speaks Turkish.
Sirin is admitted to practise in Switzerland.

Experience
- Appointed as Deputy Judge at the Geneva Court of Justice (appeal court) since October 2015.
- Acting for a father in resisting financial claims brought by the mother that included accommodation for herself and the child as well as a significant maintenance.
- Advising a company victim of a large fraud where a bank and independent asset managers were accused of significant losses.
- Advising high-net worth families in relation to their assets in Switzerland.
