Midshore or Midtown? Changing trends in wealth structuring for Latin American clients

The complex and ever-changing tax and legal environment in Latin America has seen an growing number of HNWIs and their families look overseas to manage their wealth in recent years.

With tax increases likely as governments worldwide deal with the fallout from COVID-19, understanding the fundamental wealth structuring options available to clients is now more important than ever.

Our expert panel looked at current trends including mid-shoring, moving structures to the US and the impact of economic substance using case studies from the region’s largest markets.
