International Women’s Day 2023: collaborating and celebrating together

International Women’s Day (IWD) is an opportunity to come together and celebrate the achievements of women all over the world, while at the same time standing together to challenge bias and barriers to a gender-equal world.

This year the IWD campaign theme is #EmbraceEquity and the aim is to get the world talking about why "equal opportunities are no longer enough” and “to understand the difference between equality and equity".

We recently asked our colleagues “What words of advice would you give to your younger self, daughter, or mentee?“ Over 130 colleagues from across all of our offices shared photos with their words of wisdom which we have shared with the wider Firm and with our early talent connections.

The video below showcases a selection of photographs from each of our offices.
