Charles Russell Speechlys Paris advised Swen Capital Partners (agent of Matmut Innovation) and the Matmut Group, in the context of an investment in Virage-Viager, a firm specialising in financial and actuarial engineering.

This operation will strengthen the partnership between the Matmut Group and Virage-Viager.

The Charles Russell Speechlys team was led by Renaud Ferry (Partner), Chloé Huertas and Orlando Vignoli Neto (Associates) provided support on the corporate aspects.  Raphaël Bagdassarian (Partner) and Elea Reyes (Associate) assisted on the tax side and Kim Campion (Partner) and Fortune Ngalamou (Associate) provided support on the employment side.
