Raphaël is a Partner in the Corporate Tax department in Paris. He has particular experience in relation to corporate tax, including tax restructuring, private equity and venture capital investment as well as the taxation of executives, managers and investment fund managers.
He has also considerable experience on tax controversy matters.
Raphaël is admitted to practice in France.

- Regularly advises companies and groups of companies for structuring or restructuring purposes: mergers, demerger, acquisitions, disposals, etc.
- Advises family offices on the tax aspects of various corporate and real estate transactions.
- Advises managers as part of private equity transactions, whether during negotiation, structuring, implementation of management packages or during their revision.
- Advises investment managers on the structure of their remuneration.
