Publication of the Third edition of Lissack and Horlick on Bribery and Corruption

We are delighted to announce that the Third edition of Lissack and Horlick on Bribery and Corruption has been published by LexisNexis Butterworths and features two members of our Commercial Dispute Resolution Team.

The well renowned practitioner’s book was edited by Fiona Horlick QC and Richard Lissack QC, and was contributed to by Danielle Sharkey and Caroline Greenwell, who co-authored a chapter with Louis Weston, which focusses on bribery and corruption in sport. In addition to looking at the issues of bribery and corruption in the sports world, the chapter examines the application and suitability of existing legislation to fight corruption in sport.

The book is now available in digital version here, with hard copies hitting bookstores shelves this week.
