Nick Hurley writes for The Times Brief on workplace harassment

According to recent reports, ministers are planning to drop the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Bill, over concerns of costly legal action being brought against employers. With workplace harassment frequently hitting the headlines, employers and employees need certainty and clarity on the issue.

Nick Hurley, Partner and Head of the Employment Group, writes for The Times Brief on why new laws to tackle harassment in the workplace are essential.

In the piece, Nick says:

"It is hard to imagine that many responsible employers, who genuinely want to promote a respectful workplace, will have much quarrel with the measures proposed."
