Our Head of Marketing, Noni Garratt-Wall, speaks about the Firm's rebrand and marketing strategy in an interview with Passle for its CMO Series podcast, as well as a New Law Journal feature on legal marketing.
Noni's interviews focused primarily on the challenges that can come with a rebrand, and how we as a Firm navigated them.
[By 2022] our leadership team had had a lot of discussions, we'd undertaken a client listening project, we'd done a lot of work to bring to life our firm strategy. And that gave us such a clear idea of who we are as a firm, how we want to stand out, what we want to be known for, and that really gave us the foundations we needed to start looking at our brand.
