Islamic Finance News reports on the news that our Middle East team continues to grow with the joining of Legal Director, Rebecca Davies.

Rebecca is based in our Dubai office and will lead the growth of our regionally-focused Banking & Finance practice.

The article notes that Rebecca has been in the Middle East region for nearly 10 years and has extensive experience advising on a broad range of finance transactions, covering both Islamic and conventional finance, including bilateral and syndicated debt arrangements, asset finance, energy (renewable and utilities) and debt restructurings. She is particularly known for her work on acquisition financings, real estate development loans, hotels and resorts financings and mixed-use projects.
