Employment Podcast: Mental Health in the Workplace

Anne-Marie Balfour, Legal Director, and Syma Spanjers, Senior Associate, discuss handling mental health issues in the workplace. With 14.7% of workers suffering from mental health issues at some point in their working lives and 12.7% of absences attributable to this, this is clearly an issue employers need to address.

Anne-Marie and Syma discuss what employers can do to help prevent and manage the situation at work.
