Knight Frank Wealth Report: The Global Perspective on Prime Property & Investment

min read

Knight Frank partners, Rory Penn and Liam Bailey, joined Charles Russell Speechlys’ Lord Andrew Hay, Thomas Moran and Piers Master for a virtual panel-led discussion at which they presented the findings of their annual flagship publication: The Wealth Report. The Report assesses the latest data on global wealth creation, investment allocation and property market performance. This was followed by a Q&A session with all five of the industry experts.

Key discussion points included:

  • The impact of COVID-19: how wealth has been resilient through diversified investments, and how real estate remains a great stabiliser and riser
  • Luxury asset performance: where the wealthy currently seek opportunity and weigh up risk, amidst the pandemic and economic fallout
  • Looking ahead to the new economic cycle: the opportunities for wealth creation and economic growth and with an expanding focus on sustainability and technology-led returns
  • The changing role of cities in 2021: how they are likely to adapt to the post-pandemic environment and a review of prime residential buying patterns
  • How developers are reacting to the new reality: a review of the most significant investment trends of the moment
