Competition Appeal Tribunal dismisses Lexon’s appeal against the CMA’s nortriptyline decision

The Competition Appeal Tribunal has upheld the CMA’s decision fining Lexon £1.2 million for exchanging commercially sensitive information with other suppliers of nortriptyline.  Click here.
