CMA obtains director disqualification undertakings in rolled lead cartel case

The CMA has obtained director disqualification undertakings from three directors for their participation in a cartel relating to the rolled lead market.  This follows the CMA’s infringement decision in relation to the cartel.  Click here.

CMA joins working group of other competition authorities to consider approach on pharma mergers

The CMA has joined a working group of other competition authorities to consider the approach to investigating pharmaceutical mergers.  The group comprises the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, the Canadian Competition Bureau, the European Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice, and Offices of State Attorneys General.  Click here.
