The team at Charles Russell Speechlys was led by Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency Partner Dimitri Sonier, assisted by Associate Martin Brouard.

Partner Dimitri Sonier said: “In a challenging year for business, we were delighted to have been able to help Europlasma on their restructuring plan. Thanks to the teams at Europlasma, Allen & Overy Paris and Global Tech Opportunities for helping achieve such a great result”.
