Will Dewey

Will qualified as a solicitor in September 2017. He deals with a variety of private client work, including advising on will drafting, tax planning, probate and general trust and estate administration. He also has experience in Court of Protection matters including drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney and preparing deputyship applications. During his training, Will also had the benefit of spending six months with our specialist Contentious Trusts and Estates team



Will is admitted to practise in England and Wales.

• Drafting wills for high net worth clients, with a view to protecting their wealth for future generations through use of will trusts and other estate planning measures.
• Assisting executors with the estate administration process, from registering the death, investigating the deceased’s assets, applying for probate, collecting in the assets and making distributions to the relevant beneficiaries.
