Shona has extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of family law especially complex financial issues, pre-nuptial agreements, children arrangements and issues relating to the unmarried family. She is well known for her commercial acumen, pragmatism and quickly gaining an understanding of the needs and circumstances of her clients. She is a trained collaborative lawyer and experienced mediator enabling her to utilise alternative approaches to resolving her clients’ individual situations. Her clients are diverse in nature – business people, professionals, Trustees, media and sports personalities, landowners, and their partners, (UK based and from a wide range of international jurisdictions).
Shona has been actively involved with Resolution, the leading family law organisation, for many years and was a member of the National Committee and chair of the Training Group.
Shona was recognised in the Citywealth International Women's Day Top 100 list 2018.
Shona is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
