Lydia’s work includes advising clients upon relationship breakdown, including unmarried separation, divorce, civil partnership dissolution and the associated financial matters. Lydia advises on a wide range of private law children matters ranging from day-to-day living arrangements and choice of school to international relocation. She also deals with cases involving domestic violence.
During Lydia’s training with the firm, she gained experience with the Family, Property Litigation, Contentious Trusts & Estates, Tax Trusts & Succession and Corporate Commercial departments.
Lydia is a member of Resolution, a national association of family lawyers and other professionals committed to the constructive, non-confrontational and cost-effective resolution of family disputes.
