Emily is a Trainee Solicitor at Charles Russell Speechlys, currently sitting in the Private Wealth Disputes team. Emily has previously completed rotations in the Responsible Business, Immigration, Tax, Trusts and Succession, Real Estate, and Construction, Engineering and Projects teams through our Solicitor Apprenticeship programme.
Having graduated with First Class Honours with an LLB in Legal Practice from City University of London in 2023, Emily is now studying for her Solicitors Qualifying Examination. Emily will qualify as a Solicitor in 2025.

- Assisting high net worth individuals with their UK lifetime tax planning
- Preparing complex Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and trust instruments
- Assisting high net worth investor clients with their UK immigration processes
- Acting for developers on the acquisition of large development sites.
