Ellie advises a range of corporate and individual clients in relation to a wide variety of commercial disputes including civil fraud, breach of contracts and shareholder disputes. Ellie has experience of High Court litigation as well as resolving disputes through alternative means such as arbitration.
Ellie is a member of the Firm's regulatory and financial crime teams. She advises clients in relation to investigations brought by regulators such as the Financial Conduct Authority and the Pensions Regulator. She also advises clients in relation to financial crime such as civil fraud.
Prior to qualifying, she spent two years training in the firm’s London office gaining experience with the teams in Commercial Dispute Resolution, Construction Engineering and Projects, Family and Real Estate Disputes.
Ellie is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
