About

Trevor has over 25 years’ experience working closely with employers and senior executives across the full spectrum of employment law issues. His work ranges from drafting or negotiating contractual employment arrangements for established and start-up businesses or executives, to managing dismissals, boardroom disputes, grievances, whistleblowing and discrimination, team moves and restraint of trade issues. He has particular interests in managing discipline and grievances at work, conducting investigations and change management, including business reorganisations, collective redundancy and TUPE consultation and the employment law aspects of transfers of undertakings and outsourcing.

Trevor acts for a variety of UK and US based clients including asset and investment management businesses, employment, engineering and pharmaceutical businesses, professional partnerships, LLPs and their members and senior executives.
