Mark is a Knowledge Development Lawyer, which is a senior position in the firm, equivalent to Senior Associate status for fee earners. He supports the knowledge and training needs of the solicitors within the Private Client service, primarily with respect to offshore/onshore trusts, tax, wills, and estate planning.
Prior to this, Mark built up significant practical experience as a private client lawyer for leading law firms in both London and Bermuda, advising high net worth individuals, trust companies and other service providers. He is also the co-author of the chapter on ‘Protectors and UK Resident Trusts’ in Tolley’s Administration of Trusts.
