Joseph has experience throughout the lifecycle of construction projects, from procurement advice and the negotiation of development documents through to completion.

- Advising Derwent London on the construction documents in relation to a 285,000 sq ft. mixed-use development on the corner of Oxford Street and Charing Cross Road comprising offices, retail and a new theatre.
- Advising Derwent London on the construction documents in relation to a 125,000 sq ft. development in the heart of the Old Street district of London.
- Advising a major luxury retail brand on the construction elements of its store refurbishment projects.
