Isabella is an Associate in the firm’s Private Wealth Disputes Team
Isabella acts for a wide range of clients, including trustees, executors and beneficiaries, in relation to a variety of trust and estate disputes as well as advising on various Court of Protection matters. Isabella has experience assisting with will challenges, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975, estoppel claims and complex trust disputes.
