- Assisting a senior manager of a private equity firm in obtaining a ruling from the Italian Revenue Agency on the tax treatment under the Italian lump sum tax regime of the carried interest from several complex fund structures
- Advising a Dutch HNW individual on his relocation to Italy and on the structuring of his Luxembourg family office in the light of the potential Italian tax ramifications
- Advising a Jersey trustee on the Italian tax consequences of the termination of a trust holding valuable Italian real estate through an offshore corporate structure
