Yusaf is currently working in the Corporate team. He previously worked in the Financial Services and Funds team, advising UK and international clients on the scope and application of UK financial services regulation, FCA authorisations and day‑to‑day compliance. He also advised first‑time and family office sponsors on fund formation, manager structuring and cross‑border regulatory and tax co‑ordination. He structures, forms, distributes and manages vehicles—including RAIFs, SIFs, SICARs, Part II funds and securitisation vehicles—across asset classes and throughout their lifecycle.
Yusaf graduated from King’s College London with First Class Honours. He subsequently completed the GDL at City, University of London, and the SQE at the University of Law, achieving Distinction in both.
Yusaf is admitted to practice in England & Wales.
