Willemijn is an associate in the Commercial team with experience working with a range of clients across sectors including Retail & Leisure, Life Sciences and Technology, advising on various commercial and data protection matters. She undertook a 6-month secondment in the Legal and Compliance team at global investment firm Actis.
Willemijn recently advised a professional membership body on the exit from a public sector sub-contract, with a particular focus on intellectual property rights, data ownership and handling obligations, and exit plan provisions. She also advised on the IP position under the client's incoming sub-contract with the replacement prime contractor.
