Wendy has over a decade of experience in corporate finance transactions, encompassing equity capital markets, private investments, private equity and venture capital projects, as well as various forms of public and private mergers and acquisitions across Hong Kong and the broader Asian region.
Wendy provides counsel to a variety of different clients ranging from multinational companies, investment banks and private equity funds, and on a range of matters including IPOs, secondary offering, spin-off transactions, public and private M&A and general compliance.
Wendy is admitted to practise Hong Kong. She speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
