Victoria is an associate in the construction, engineering and projects team based in London. Victoria has acted for a variety of commercial clients, including developers, investors, contractors, purchasers and tenants. She has advised on and negotiated bespoke and standard form building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties and development agreements.
Victoria also has experience advising on the early stages of a dispute, including advising on and negotiating settlement agreements.
Experience
- Acted for major investor client co-ordinating and negotiating procurement documentation required for the fund's application to the Building Safety Fund to remediate defective non-ACM cladding on a portfolio of 9 sites across the UK.
- Drafted and negotiated a settlement agreement worth £20 million in respect of structural defects across 4 buildings on one site in London.
- Acted for an investor client in relation to the procurement of a mixed-use development worth £18 million in North London.
