Victoria specialises in complex civil and commercial litigation, as well as in arbitration. She advises and assists French and international clients in a broad range of sector. Her practice has covered numerous substantive areas of law, including product liability, breach of agreements, antitrust and competition, corporate and shareholder disputes.
Victoria assists clients in pre-litigation and litigation proceedings, including judicial expertise proceedings, multi-jurisdictional litigation, recognitions and enforcement of foreign judgments. She is also experienced in advising and assisting clients with respect to negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts.
Victoria obtained a Master in International Business Law from the University of Paris XI and is also graduated from the Business School ESCP Europe. She is a member of the Paris Bar since 2014.
Victoria speaks French, English and Polish.
