Vicki has 30 years tenure within the legal sector beginning her journey at a magic circle firm where she played an integral role in establishing the business services structure for one of its European offices. Throughout her career Vicki has been involved in a variety of strategic restructures with emphasis on cost-effective efficiency improvements and client service excellence. Her work includes utilisation of workflow tools for reporting and the introduction of Service Level Agreements and ongoing review and analysis of key performance indicators to ensure service standards are consistently met.
More recently Vicki has been instrumental in numerous UK and international office fit outs as well as refurbishment projects on behalf of the firm with an aim to create inviting spaces for clients and a dynamic environment for our staff to work within, with consideration given to consistency in presentation and Charles Russell Speechlys branding making it recognisable across the globe. All of our newly fitted out offices take into account our Firm ESG targets in terms of carbon and energy goals as well as provision of alternative spaces to support collaboration, well-being and diversity.
