Tommaso specialises in tax law for private clients, focusing on estate planning, as well as the taxation of trusts, family foundations, corporate entities, and financial instruments. He also has significant experience in the relocation of HNWIs to Italy under the lump sum tax regime and related Italian immigration law matters.
Before joining Charles Russell Speechlys, Tommaso gained valuable experience with a prominent Italian tax law firm. Tommaso graduated summa cum laude in Law at the Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome, specialising in corporate and tax law.
Tommaso is a lawyer admitted to the Milan Bar.
Experience
- Assisting individuals on the relocation to Italy under the Italian lump sum tax regime, the workers relocation regime and the pensioners regime;
- Advising on Italian immigration law matters;
- Assisting non-Italian resident individuals with estate planning when Italian situs assets are involved (such as real estate or Italian companies);
- Assisting Italian-resident individuals with estate planning in relation to their world-wide assets;
- Advising trustees, settlors and beneficiaries in relation to the Italian tax treatment of trusts.
