Timothy’s fourth seat is with the Dispute Resolution Team. Prior to joining the Firm, Timothy obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from City University of Hong Kong. Timothy speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
