Tim has been qualified as a solicitor for more than 20 years. He handles investment and divestment transactions by individuals and developers, and is part of a bespoke team specialising in servicing a diverse international client base. Tim is experienced in acting for high net worth individuals, offshore and onshore trust and company entities, and also in advising overseas lenders on loan security over UK property. Tim has experience working offshore and has acted in various non-executive Director roles on Real Estate Fund structures giving both legal and corporate governance advice. He also undertakes work advising investors at overseas property exhibitions, particularly in Hong Kong, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
