Tilly provides advice across all stages of the employment relationship, from recruitment to termination. This includes advising on disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancies and the enforceability of post-termination restrictions. She also has extensive experience of drafting and negotiating employment contracts and settlement agreements.
Tilly also regularly advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions. She is admitted to practise in England & Wales.
