She has experience in preparing Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and trust documentation. She also advises clients on tax and estate planning.
Sydney also works on various pro-bono initiatives, including the disability benefits appeals programme, working on court submissions with different clients to appeal their disability benefits; and the Windrush Compensation Scheme.
Sydney trained at Charles Russell Speechlys and qualified as a Solicitor in 2023. She is admitted to practise in England and Wales and is based in our London office.
Experience
- Drafting key succession documents such as Wills, Memoranda to Executors and Trustees, and Codicils.
- Preparing trust documentation to appoint and replace trustees, and to advance trust assets to beneficiaries.
- Working on a large project to restructure and vary the terms of numerous trusts in order to amend the administrative provisions and introduce roles including a protector and appointor.
